Great App! Minor changes would make it perfect! :)
Really great app! I have sold quite a few tickets for shows that I am unable to attend and have always received my money on time! You can’t sell tickets more than 20% then original cost which I think is fair on the buyers! Only issue I have is that if an event isn’t listed, it’s quite hard to add the event yourself and sell. I’ve tried before and even though it says it’s live I can’t find it anywhere meaning buyers won’t be able to find it! If that could change and make it easily accessible after listed that would be perfect! Other than that really great app! :)
Would be more helpful if you had the sellers contact info
This app is legit and definitely more secure than trying to find tickets online (like on twitter) and hoping the seller actually sends you the ticket after you send the money but it doesn't give you the option contact the seller directly to change the tickets to your name. I'm in england and bought a weekend ticket to primavera barcelona that was legit but still said 2020 on (rolled over due to covid cancellations) and had the original buyer (who was swedish) name on. Luckily i found him quite easily on facebook and he was fluent in english and active on facebook and sent me an email link so I could officially change the ticket to my name with my details through primavera. However if he never checked his facebook messages or didn't know english i don't think i would have been able to use the ticket as they would have still had his name on and said that they were for 2020. Would be easier if there was an in-app way to change the tickets to your name once the transaction is successfully completed
Good app some issues + they don’t pay on time
Ticketswap used to be great but recently some issues where the max resale amount was reduced so unable to make face value back. This was quickly fixed with an email and it was manually solved.
Certain tickets need to be made to state if they are regular or VIP.
It’s hard to tell if someone’s inflated price is actually for a VIP ticket or simply a 6th release with a max % markup.
Notifications from a ticket wishlist is a great idea, yet as soon and you open app, someone else already paying for it... I guess you have to be super fast to not miss out!
October 2018 - none of the payments were made on time, was always 2 business days and a big meant some were a week late - again bug resolved my the transaction having to be made manually.
It should be paid when they state - hopefully normal service will resume.
