- Sync tasks with Google events: Now you can Integrate Google Calendar in "Settings > Integrations & Import" to see your TickTick tasks in the Google Calendar. After integrating, tasks added in TickTick will sync with Google Calendar, and any task changes will be reflected in both.

Regular updates will be made to offer you an ever more smooth and stable journey at TickTick.

This all-in-one organizer is a personal assistant for your brain, one that eases the mental strain of All That Stuff To Do by elegantly organizing it, which lets you focus less on deadlines and more on the big picture. Put it right to work as a refined (and visually pleasing) to-do list, or make use of power features like its Eisenhower Matrix, which automatically plots your tasks on a chart in terms of urgency and importance, or the built-in Pomodoro timer, which keeps you properly balanced between productivity and burnout. “People don’t just want a task manager,” says founder Damon Woo. “They want to manage everything in their lives.”

Thought it was the best... until I reached the top 4-6%... then??? No!!!

I’d been using TickTick for years & really thought it was the best out there... I shared it with my business partner and she agreed, we both felt increasingly motivated and it was great to see myself relentlessly climbing through the leaderboards... until I got in the top 4-6%, then, no matter how much I ramped up my use of the app... over a period of 4-6months the best I could do was watch myself gradually go down in the ratings. It became totally unworkable, it was literally a case of me using the app so much to try to keep moving against what appeared to be a relentlessly defeating tide... that it really started to impinge on my workload & I had to stop. Which is a shame because until then it was the best app out there, and I have yet to find another which I am as happy to work with.
Shame guys... just as you think, after two or three years, you are about to win the grand, super achiever prizes... the earth starts slipping away like mud beneath your feet and you’re spending waaaay too much time to even stay in one place. I hope they’ve fixed that up now... but otherwise, I’m looking elsewhere.

Worth Every Time and Space (and Probably Every Penny)

I don’t have the funds to purchase the premium but I’m pretty sure it’s worth it just from judging all the features that come for free. This app isn’t selfish and provides you with features enough to make you stay (and maybe even subscribe for a premium account). It’s minimalist platform provides you with basic functions and much more without it being a pain to organize or figure out. It looks simple and classy and is quite easy to navigate through.

I’ve went through several to do list apps and one I was attached to was Moleskin but it is quite limited when you’re working on it for free. I am honestly very glad I stumbled upon this app for it had everything I was looking for. It was simple yet elegant in its organization in my opinion. It has a lot of features available with a free account. Imagine what more with a premium one. This deserves every single good-natured star you gave it! Please give it a go. This app has enough features to make leaving it seem like a waste.
