Best to-do & calendar app I've found

Really love that my to-dos and my calendar are now integrated, which is what I desperately needed. This app is simple & easy to use, but also very full-featured for power-users.

It's great to have task descriptions with markup text and the option to add photos & URLs. Sometimes I'll add a photo to motivate me to do a task.

I also love the 'focus feature', which logs the time you spend on tasks either as a stopwatch or in 'pomos' (short bursts with breaks, e.g. 30 mins) - I find this motivates me to focus & build up that time spent so I can look back & be proud. The white noise feature also helps give me an auditory signal that it's time to focus.

I'm going to recommend it to my mum as she could use the sharing feature to monitor tasks her employees need to be doing.

Other helpful features include tagging, a habit tracker, Kanban boards & a timeline view.

There are some little niggles & bugs, but nothing major. I wish that text was more compact in the UI & that themes were a bit more stylish, with understated colours & classy photos, rather than bright colours & intrusive, clip-art type graphics. For this reason, I just have a very plain theme. But overall, it's a great app & I'm glad I found it.

Excellent Productivity Apps

I've been in productivity thing for last 3 years and have been trying many apps and many method. Eventually concluded at the point that doing is most important and to be on that you need to avoid distraction as much as possible, even the distraction of switching multiple apps and TickTick is so far the best addressing all the needs for a productive person. Though I've not given up all my productivity apps but keeping them on hold for last one month and using TIckTick almost every hour. I have found pretty flawless apps so far. Most importantly if I can finally stick with it, I've calcualted I can save around $30. Good job TickTick

Loved it... but now I can't use it.

This was the first task management app I'd found that really worked for me. Intuitive, quick, easy to use and keep in the background. I've had it a year on four different devices, and happily subscribed to a premium account which, in comparison to the app's competitors, is very fairly priced.

However, unfortunately the App has become unusable. I have two jobs and a lot of tasks - but not an insane amount. About 300 on there now. And the app now lags so much I can't use it.

I don't have any attachments, photos, files etc., though this is something you can do. It's all just text. And yet the app is so slow it can't be used. I can now only use it on the web.

The iPhone version is still OK, but on an iMac and on a Macbook Air the app lags 5-10 seconds every single click. It's a constant pinwheel that makes it unusable. Both these computers are less than 3 years old and happily edit film on iMovie without lag, so it's not the computer's power that's the issue.

I've flagged it to support and had a reply with questions several weeks ago which I answered. Since then, nothing.

It's frustrating, as design-wise this is a great app, but there's something wrong with the underlying architecture that makes it unsuitable for people with a lot on their plate... which sort of negates the point of the whole thing!
