Made Such a Difference to me
Honestly getting my tips sooner made such a difference to me. App works well and displays all the info I need to be able to manage my money.
Appalling service
I have been with Tipjar for coming up to 4 months, prior to signing they bombarded me with calls pushing me to sign up and once I did it was impossible to get hold of anyone, my account is broken and has 3 months worth of tips sat there that I am unable to payout to my staff, they have no idea how to fix it yet continue to charge me for the service that isn't working, my staff haven't received tips for 3 months yet I am paying a monthly fee for this "service" I've been bounced around 4 different people, they haven't released the tips but they have offered to waiver 2 of the 3 months of subscription fee which for some unknown reason will take over a month to appear in my account.
I've been asking for an update on it for 2 weeks and noone ever replies.
Honestly the service is not worth the effort just stick with traditional tips it's more reliable
Okay so far, could do with some additional features
Just started using TiPJAR, like it so far. The app is a little janky and keeps telling me to download the app while using it.
It took me AGES to find the function to adjust the tipping page text, not clear at all, maybe should be available in the drop down menu? Or have its own section like the profile your company sees section. Or just have a much clearer button. It would also be helpful to be able to preview that page as they would see it
Anonymous tipping would also be a HUGE benefit!
