Health Monitoring system

TM+ Telehealth is a service comprises of a TM+ mobile apps and various wireless medical devices. The users use the wireless medical device to take readings, the readings send to the user mobile apps, and this is also updated to family caregiver apps. The family caregiver is able to monitor the health of the family members. Alerts on the apps can be set too.

TM+ allows family caregivers to monitor 6 family members remotely. It supports a range of wireless devices to measure: Blood Oxygen, Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Blood Glucose, Body Temperature, Body Weight & BMI.

The app, device or software is intended for use only for general wellbeing purposes or to encourage or maintain a healthy lifestyle, and is not intended to be used for any medical purpose (such as the detection, diagnosis, monitoring, management or treatment of any medical condition or disease).
