This is a very helpful service and I appreciate the difficulty there must be in tracking millions of parcels. However, I am advised my parcel was collected by TNT yesterday but it still shows as ‘collecting’ on the system.
It does say it will be delivered by 1800 hours today and that would be wonderful.
I think the messages contradict each other slightly, but I am also aware of the impact of Coronavirus. Thank you for providing a tracking service and if my bike does arrive today I will be delighted and very impressed.
You need to synchronise your systems. I was informed by supplier you would be delivering my Item initial and was due 10th according to TNT system stayed in all day. You then attempt deliver 11th when I was out. I found out after much effort that you left a FedEx slip not TNT. Carried out instructions on FedEx SLIP down loaded app as instructed with card left. That came back invalid. Finally called supplier who I thought had sorted delivery for today before noon as it is TNT who have never with FedEx. so managed to locate info on TNT app not FedEx looks like the card instructions, the app tells me you’re awaiting my instructions but have no way of contacting you as what you left doesn’t work. Absolutely shocking. Guess another call to the supplier as I can’t sort with you directly
Not worth the time downloading!
Unlike much better competitors‘ apps, this one is well-behind the times. Doesn’t seem to give any live tracking details whatsoever - you’re lucky if it even indicates the correct day for delivery!
I particularly dislike the fact that the parcel’s progress doesn’t seem to get updated during the middle of its journey. It just hangs at “Collecting“ on the day of collection, then miraculously jumps to “delivering“ on day of delivery.
Whether this is TNT’s rubbish system, or the fact that their employees can’t be bothered to update the parcel’s journey, I’m not sure, but it’s rubbish, all the same.
Come on TNT - you really need to pull your finger out - you claim to be a major player, yet this could be written by five-year-olds.
