Did you lose track of your time again? We can help you out. With a single tap, track and save your time with Toggl Track - anywhere you go.
Or maybe you don't really want to use the pesky phone keyboard - we get that. That's why you can now use Siri to track your time with Toggl Track - no keyboard needed! (This feature requires iOS 12 however)
Toggl Track also has you covered across all of your devices! Start tracking your hours in a browser, then stop it later on your phone - all of your tracked time is safely synced between your phone, desktop, web & a browser extension (if you want more of a pomodoro timer experience).
Discover what's taking up your time with summary reports. Analyze them in the app or export them to send that data to your clients (or to analyze it further with through business intelligence and see to where your hours are going).
Keeps your time seamlessly synced, safe and ready to track on your account, on any device.
With the calendar integration, you can now use Toggl Track to see all of your calendar events and time entries in the app itself (in the same view), receive notifications before the events start, and most importantly, instantly create time entries based on your calendar events!
» Customize your time entries with projects, clients and tags
Organize and add more details to your time entries by adding projects, clients and tags. Clearly see where your work hours go and adjust your precious time & routines accordingly.
Toggl Track is compatible with Siri! Start a new time entry, stop it, or access your reports - all that with just a few words.
» Apple Sign-in
You can now also sign in into our Toggl Track app via your Apple ID.
Based on your habits and previous time entries, the app will give you suggestions on what you could track.
By using @ and #, you can quickly add projects and tags to your time entry and get back to work right away!
Easily find your older time entries and start tracking them again.
» Manual Mode
Want more control? Add and edit all of your time manually and make sure that every second of your time is accounted for. This feature is optional and it's accessible from the Settings menu.
- But what if I'm offline?
No problem! You can still track your time through the app, and once you're back online, it will sync seamlessly with your account (and the rest of your devices) - your time is not going anywhere.
- Is the app free?
Yes, Toggl Track on iOS is completely free for you to use.
- Can I send you some feedback?
You betcha (and we'd love to hear from you)! You can send us feedback directly from the app - look for the 'Submit Feedback' in the Settings menu.
Yep, that's Toggl Track - a time tracking app so simple that you'll actually use it and get stuff done! See where your time goes, focus on important tasks and boost your productivity. Whether you are at an office, in commute, stuck on a space mission to Mars or just want to see how much time you're wasting on projects that aren't bringing you money - track your time anywhere you go!

UPDATE: Amazing new calendar feature and interface
This app used to be one that I kept on my phone and forgot about. I never used it as I didn’t find it helpful logging my time, and it didn’t really help my time management skills.
But the calendar view is the single most useful feature on here, and I now find this app super helpful, as it actually lets me visualise where I’ve spent my time, rather than just making a long list of all the things I’ve tracked.
I love the new interface too, it’s much simpler and it’s quicker to enter what task I am currently doing. If it wasn’t for the new free features, I probably would have ended up deleting the app and never used it again.
So easy to use!
I’ve been hunting for a time tracking app for ages but I never remembered to set or change the timers. Ever. This app comes with a web version, phone app and desktop app so I can hit start and stop anywhere I like and the desktop version will even auto track for you if you use certain apps for tasks. Oh and it has reminders to you know remind you to actually use it. Breakthrough lol
Developer Response ,
Hi, thanks for your great review! We're glad you like the app. We'll keep working on improving the app into the foreseeable future as well so stay tuned.
Nice UI, but sloooooooow
I really like the way this app has been evolving over the last year or so. The UI is super clean and easy to use.
But: Even on an iPhone X, typing the description of a new timer is so slow that I want to throw my phone out of the window every time I do it.
(Note that I track my time 24/7 and might therefore have many more time entries than the average user, so it might not be as bad if you only track your work hours. But still, when I type a 3-word-long timer description, I don't want to wait 5 seconds for the words to show up after I'm done typing. Just make the recent-timers-search asynchronous and don't block the main thread! *descends into incoherent screaming about software architecture*)

Hey Nino, thanks for sharing the feedback and for bearing with us. We'll investigate what could be causing this lag and hopefully we'll be able to sort it out with our future updates.
