Tokeet 4+

I started using Tokeet about 3 months ago to manage my 3 vacation rentals. It took a few weeks to get up to speed with all the features, but if you take the time to learn the software, it really saves a lot of time. When a new booking is received I know the calendars across all our booking platforms update immediately eliminating double bookings. I like the integration with Stripe and PayPal which makes payment collection very easy. Another time saving feature is automation. If you take the time to set up templates and automate them, emails are automatically sent out when a booking is received, a welcome email and one to receive a review at the end of the guest’s stay for example. I’ve had a few technical issues, but the support team work hard to resolve any issues quickly. My only criticism is I am unable to upload my company logo to invoices etc. I would have to upgrade to the next level to get this feature, but my business does otherwise not need an upgraded package. All in all I can highly recommend this software. It saves me lots of time and gives me peace of mind that my bookings are synched across all platforms.

Rarely write reviews - the new version at first seemed great as you can now add bookings from the app (as well as other features which were only available via website) which is very useful. However there are loads of bugs and it’s super glitchy which has made it impossible to use. The calendar brings up January in 2017 and you can’t select today’s day without scrolling through the months and years! It takes so long I’ve stopped using it and just open tokeet up on my desktop or laptop! Wouldn’t know if any other features work as I get so frustrated I’ve almost stopped using the app altogether.

In theory, this ticks all the boxes. The reality bookings get lost, connections to airbnb and other channels constantly break, even worse false bookings are made blocking your calendar. Support? That's the worst part. Support is very slow and next to useless- none of my technical issues have been resolved in the last seven months and my bookings have fallen off a cliff as a result. Huge amount of work to set up is the ONLY reason I am still with them, but having spent everyday, all day for the last seven days trying to get answers, I think it's time to give up.
