(Option for English language in future? Or, is it available but I don’t know where to look? Thank you) Overall, I’m satisfied with the service. Of the several Indonesian/Asian based buy/sell platforms I have accounts to, Tokopedia seems to be the one I go back to more and more often: from quality products, actions and competitive shipping rates/deals to cross nations smartphone/sim card app access, they make it easy to use. There was a recent dispute, though, with a merchant which the third party insurance company favored over my claim. Was the evidence submitted not sufficiently well rounded? Perhaps, I’ll make a phone call to voice my complaint. In the meantime, I’ve chosen to stop donations and e-gold purchases as remedy to the wholly unfair outcome of that dispute. But, the ratio of happy purchases is much much greater than the unhappy ones! In fact, disputes are very rare; and, in those instances the results have either favored, me, the customer or been impartial and absolutely fair in its equity of decision.

1. Would be nice to have the ability for international numbers to sign up/log in. A lot of Indonesians living overseas would like to send gifts to their loved ones in the country and tokopedia could be a lot of help. Also include international credit/debit cards for payment.

2. A lot of sellers have been impacted by the slow service from the couriers, thus low rating on store. Having 2 different reviews, 1 for the store and 1 for shipping company would be great. So potential users know which shipping company that’s slow, bad, gives bad service, so they can avoid them.

Long time user since 2015 over here. Never disappoints even once. Their “diskusi” feature is the best among others. Very fair and objective. Transactions are very smooth, intuitive and fast. The app itself is pretty easy on the phone, not as bulky or laggy as the others. Keep it up!
