Standby pass failed.

As far as I can tell, the main reason to have this app is to take advantage of the various passes, but I spent over an hour trying to get standby passes that would then disappear from the app, leaving me pass-less, particularly disappointing when it’s one of the few ways to get into the Rapunzel/Frozen rides. By mid-day, I couldn’t see any standby passes for any rides. When I asked an employee for help, they said that was odd, but they couldn’t help me.

Cannot buy tickets

Absolute disaster of an app. Cannot buy tickets.

Get to the credit card payment, it does the security check with the bank, and then it comes up with an error. I’ve tried four different cards, one from a Japanese bank, and it’s the same every time.

Given that they don’t sell tickets at the gate anymore, Tokyo DisneyLand must be losing a fortune with this shoddy software.

Spent 2 hours trying to buy tickets

Went in person and queued in the longest line only to find out you need to buy a ticket beforehand. No ticket gates like in universal studios. I left. Nightmare. Waste of time. Never going to Disney again. Never buying Disney products again. Will unsubscribe from Disney plus too.
