So happy this has returned!

Absolutely love this app! I found the app by accident several years ago and was so glad that it was available. I was suffering from depression and the medication side affect – Bruxism was greatly disturbing my sleep, causing me great discomfort. My doctor couldn’t/wouldn’t prescribe anything for it. The first time I used the app, the Bruxism stopped immediately and it became a part of my nightly routine. I stopped using the app very soon after, as the Bruxism had ceased. I recommend to everyone I know and still have it within my well-being apps. The app is pure genius and definitely one of a kind 👆🏾👆🏾👆🏾👌🏾

What a waste of money!

It lasts about 2 minutes! Not even vaguely enough time for anyone with TMJ to relax! Basically it can be summed up in one line - put your tongue on the roof of your mouth - and that's it, simple. Only if curing TMJ were that simple there wouldn't be thousands of people suffering with it for years and years. Do yourself a favour - get a decent meditation app - it will do a lot more good than this!
