Good app for Pickup From Reading, not great for airport pickups
I have been using Top Cars for 8+ years. Never had an issue with them. This app works really well for booking pickups in and around Reading. I always pay cash or use a card with the driver. The app doesn't seem to like that for airport pickups. The app requires I plug my credit card with CVV code into it to book. Why does Top Cars trust me more for airport pickups over the phone than in app? If you do really trust me that much, let me verify my phone number in the app or something. Let me use Apple Pay like Hailo. Not about to drop my card number and CVV into any written by a third party developer. I wouldn't give my card over the phone either. Use the card machine the driver has in car is different.

Joke of a company, cancel your taxi bookings just before the expected pick up time. Don’t got near them.
