Unresponsive, not easy to use
No filter or sorting options once you search via key word, and key word search turns up irrelevant products. Many items lacking photos so you must depend on the description to make decision, however, many items don’t include a description. This is not helpful when customer is not familiar with the brand. I tried buying 6 items and when I entered all the card payment info, it sat in the backend with a blank screen for five minutes. Then I got tired of waiting for payment to process so I hit the back browser only for all the items in my basket to disappear and order cancelled.

Boundering on being useless
Looking for products, adding products to the shopping basket, making changes to the basket etc etc takes soooooo long as the app is laggy beyond believe.
To make a truly frustrating purchase experience even worse came at the end when I couldn’t add my credit card details to pay for the order. Had to pay cash on delivery since the „add credit card“ feature only allowed me to add my name but no other details of the card. Ridiculous!
It took me 30 minutes to finish an order that would take a max of 5 minutes on the PC. Avoid this app as a plague! It’s useless!
