Not connecting to my cameras
Woke up this morning to realise the cameras have been disconnected. Cannot connect to cameras since then, followed all the instructions , comes out with parameter error
CCTV NOW USELESS due to update, AVOID
They have released version 2.0, stating they have updated the UI and fix some bugs. In reality they are now charging for the remote view ability, which you have already paid for when purchasing the device. Unless you accept their blackmail and pay, you can now no longer use your device remotely as it was intended. Will be reporting to Apple. I’ve tried to get in touch with them but they are not replying. Would strongly advise to avoid at all costs!!!
Bring back the previous version
Sorry to say, this is a total disgrace. First time ever that I update an app and I cannot use it anymore: the user id is no longer recognised, so I cannot access my cameras. So much for a security system! Not fit for purpose. A case of changing something good just for the sake of changing it and - guess what? - ending up with something worse, much worse.
