Very easy to use. But was hard to find the right App to download
Dropouts
The app only works if you have credit or access to the internet. My flow Broadband dropped out, and I was using data. Unbeknown to me. The first time I became aware of the problem was when I could not get access to the internet. By then it was too late. I could not top up and my brand new Flow internet service. Which was installed 4 days previously was not connecting me to the internet. How about a low data alarm guys!
Automatic top up.
Arrived in Jamaica yesterday & attempted to make a call but got an automated message saying ‘insufficient credit for this service’, why? I have been paying $6 US, every month since October 2023, so where is the $18 US, that should be in my account.
I am very annoyed & unhappy as I did what I was told to do, in order to preserve my number, by Flow.
