Having pre booked taxis twice with this firm with many hours notice, each time the car wasn’t allocated until after the requested pick-up time! The first time the allocated car ended up coming from across the opposite side of the bay and we ended up being over 30 mins late for our appointment despite originally booking with plenty of time to spare. The second time, the car allocated was 15mins away despite another of their cars dropping off just a few hundred meters up the road just minutes before.

Had him pick me up at work twice in a row. Really nice guy, gives you ideas which are the best places (EVER) to go to around town and also the best places (EVER) to eat (he should really get paid for his sales talk). Jolly and kind and easy to get along with (EVER) and he also got the squeakiest, cleanliest car EVER! Shout out and kudos to our lovely chap Main Man Dave CAP 23 for being the bestest EVER! A gem to Torbay Taxis indeed. ☺️😎

The app is never accurate I booked a taxi this morning had a text saying the driver was outside and he wasn’t there till about a couple minutes later, which made me late to work and then the driver tried going the long way so it’s more money absolutely disgusting I’ve always use this company in the past and never any issues seems to be happening quite a bit lately

I have never had a problem with pre-booking. The taxi has always arrived at the allotted time (or even slightly earlier) and I would definitely recommend!!

It was a short journey, but I had to get my car back from the garage the driver was very nice well mannered as all of your drivers have been in the past thank you.

Love that you can track you taxi and it even shows the registration number of the car when you tap on the car icon in the tracking window.
