Works about 40% of the time
I’ve got 2 Toshiba AC units and I’d say 60% of the time when I try use the app, I get an error “can’t connect”. Force restarting the app fixes it, but it’s so annoying having to close and reopen the app most times to get it to work.

Firmware update
I have 2 units, 1 updated, the second won’t, which means I can no longer use it with the app?

Great units let down by an appalling app
I’ve got 3 units - there’s about a 50% chance of them connecting at any point - all in easy range of the router. If it doesn’t connect the only way to try again (unless you want to wait a long time) is to relaunch the app. Sometimes the app thinks it’s changed a setting but the air con doesn’t. Considering I spent money on one of the best units on the market the app is a let down - no updates for 11 months - it’s not like the bad reviews about the app are a one off either!
