Tower Clash 9+

This game is quite addictive I came to this after playing the mini game version of it in their other app. I find it very frustrating in this version that you cannot upgrade all the towers only certain ones. This differs from the mini game and it’s surprisingly annoying. Granted this mainly affects the campaign, the worst part is the AI can upgrade towers. They have monetised it so the troops upgrade rather than towers,not keen on this. Otherwise the concept is fun.

Hello, in the game we can only upgrade the initial tower and arrow tower, it is not possible to upgrade the neutral tower after occupation. It's the same whether it's the AI or the player. Hope this can help you. Kind regards, Tower Clash Team.

I loved this game. Until I started wondering why I was getting defeated by such lower ranked player. Only to discover I am playing bots or player6736 as they call them half the time and their tower regenerate faster, I look at a tower that has 5 troops in them suddenly there is 15/20 from nowhere. Then a level 1 tower with 10 troops takes almost 30 of my level 11 to defeat it. It is making me switch off, it is such a shame.

Thanks for the response. But I have now deleted the app. After the end of the last season I have lost 90% of my games to lower levelled players with lower troops. Just sent 25 troops into a master tower with 5 troops and strangely I didn’t win, and only managed to take out 3 of their troop.

Unfortunately you don’t get anywhere in this game unless you pay for extras. That’s a real shame After writing the above and listening to the developer’s response I persevered. But I read other similar reviews and realise it’s not just me. If you don’t pay cash past a certain level you won’t get anywhere with this game despite what the developers say. The Expedition part of Art of War was brilliant but seemingly not popular enough to continue with. This game has become more about functions and money than strategy…. I say again - a real shame - and I’m sadly deleting this now after wasting a huge amount of time
