Description

Toy Conflict is a strategic battle simulation fighting game. The game encompasses two main modes: Campaign and Sandbox.

In campaign, you are given a limited amount of in-game resources to build an army to defeat an enemy force. To win the game you need to analyze the battlefield and come up with your strategy, play wisely by selecting the right types of toys and place them at the right positions on the map. You will learn and develop your strategies.

In sandbox, you build both armies and the two opposing armies can be placed on either side of the map. Once you tap the play button, the battle starts and the two armies rush forward to attack each other. When either army has been defeated, the battle stop and you are informed of who the victor is.

Good concepts, horrible execution

Each unit is undeniably unique in their own way, but… uniqueness isn’t strength.
Melee: actually fine, no need to change
SMG: straight up useless. Range is easily pitiful compared to melee’s raw damage
Sniper: should be renamed to grunt
Bunker: perfectly fine
Plane: useless. I’d rather get ‘sniper’. Doesn’t help that anti-air exists as a unit.
Landmine: overpowered. Some levels are unbeatable about it

Another issue I have is that the campaign legitimately stops you from playing the game, asking you to buy the ‘land’ pack. This is money hungry. Lazily money hungry. I don’t mind an impossible level without the paid units, I just want to try that impossible level. Good concept, money hungry execution.

Pay to win?

Why do all of the advanced units cost money to unlock, other than that the games okay would be better if you had to unlock the units and not buy them with money
