The Willis Towers Watson ‘Track My Pension’ application makes it easy for you to keep up to date with your pension arrangements. If you have a defined contribution pension administered by Willis Towers Watson and your employer has signed up to receive the application, you can now use your phone to view your contributions and projected benefits, view fund performance and investment decisions, and more.
To get started visit the ePA website and generate an application password, using the ‘mobile application password’ link. If the link is not available to you, it could be because your employer has not yet signed up to receive the application. Once your application password is generated, use this along with your username to sign into the application.

What is with the purple "?"'S
Seriously your ux designer needs to be sacked. App is totally unresponsive now you added the unhelpful purple question marks. Tried clicking through them to get rid but they won't go away. Rubbish! Also whatever other changes you included in this release make login so much slower.
Serviceable, but not great
Has not been meaningfully updated in two years, STILL is not formatted properly for the screen of any modern iPhone, and does almost nothing... You can check the value in your account, but cannot modify any settings of any kind - not the funds, not the beneficiaries, your contact address, anything. Desperately needs an overhaul (update: and it seems the SSL certificate it uses expired in the last few days, so now it won’t connect at all! 🙄)
Possibly the most awful app I’ve ever used
So, so outdated - and for some reason never works whilst using WiFi. Find myself having to force-close it multiple times and starting again just to get to where I need. WTW should be embarrassed, but not as much as the “developer” who made this.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
