Tracksolid Pro 4+

The device keeps me in check with my driver, especially when driving my kids. It works fine and its performance is great. There are two issues:
1) the device account is not really mine per say, it belongs to the local distributor.
2) when there is a bit of traffic, it can loose connection, which is understandable but not a good selling point.
3) the two way communication it is not well developed. It has a very annoying lag, and thats why i could hear my talking even after i finished my msg.

Other than these issues it is fit for purpose! I hope soon through an update all these issues will be resolved.

I downloaded this app, to use with my Amatrac/Amacam AM-T22 GPS Tracking unit.

It does work, but not enough detail of how to switch it to use Google Maps, although it does work with its own version.

The Web version of the software is fine, and when you download this App, it does work, but only on the HK Server, so in some parts of the App, it’s all in Chinese!

My Chinese sadly isn’t great, as I’m English, so opted to switch to the EU Server, but once this is done, my user details and password apparently don’t exist anymore!

I had to delete the App and download it again, so it recognises me, but still only on the HK Server, which is quite frustrating.

I decided to stick with it, and give it a try, and it did track my vehicle, correctly - but with about a 6 minute time delay. When I came back in the house, the app said I was still en-route, so I feel this needs sorting out.

I purchased this particular item, because of the rave reviews I’d seen in the press, online, etc., where it seems to come top in everything - unfortunately, this is not my experience so far, but I hope it improves.

It will do for now, but I definitely have my reservations - if they resolve these issues, I’d give it the full 5 stars, without hesitation, but I can’t do that yet.

The lanyard for the device is bulky and difficult to get my mother to keep on.
Bracelet, and other options would be really helpful.
Tracking works really well when tested.
Just really wish my mother was able to sleep with the necklace on since that is when she is prone to wandering most.
