Train Station 2: Railroad Game 4+

I’ve just finished USA and was successful with the Christmas game. I’ve just hit level 101, I’ve paid in the past for events, but now ... the Peru side game is pointless and not worth paying for anything. France is now a snails pace unless you fork out more money! This is a game as has been said were loyality makes it worse. I saved 3000 keys for France and got rubbish trains several common duplicates so now it takes 6 trains to complete half a job, I’m in two minds just to delete it now as you make good progress levels 80 to 90 then it’s crap. Can’t even send the daily boat as you need 400 of one item. I don’t know the answer, keeping level 3 trains for France would make it better. Developers loss as I am not upgrading to the fast track Peruvian as it’s now pointless, such a shame after investing in a game you get penalised.

As others have said, once you get over the first few levels you end up having to wait for hours until you can continue. Some jobs require a specific train and takes 1 hour. If that train can currently carry 10 but the job wants 100 pieces, the timer should start from when the last piece is delivered but it doesn’t. It starts each time you dispatch a train. Therefore that one job alone may take you: 100pieces / 10 load train = 10 hours real world time to complete. It’s ridiculous. Yes sure every 4 or so hours you can open a small crate that could possibly give you upgrade points to increase capacity of the train but it’s very few points. Furthermore as others have said when I use keys to open train crates, I keep getting duplicates instead of new trains. Some jobs require you to do 5+ missions before the job is complete i.e building a bridge and rail. It may ask for coal, then ore, then steel bars, then wooden planks etc all lasting 1 hour. As said above if your combined train capacity (for 4 trains) is 60, yet it wants 100 pieces, you will be waiting a good 2 hours just to complete mission 1 before you can do mission 2. 5 missions could mean 10hrs of waiting just to complete that job. Furthermore as others have also said, it’s just tedious. It’s repetitive. And nothing changes.

Loving the game at the moment, only just got into it but already seems like a great unique game. Some players have been complaining about the delivery times, but if they were lowered then you would end up completing the game in a few days, so I support the choices.

A few improvements could be done, at the start of the game, not sure if this applies to later game stages, but I end um with around 2000 common parts for my trains and 0 rare, epic and legendary parts. I like the crate feature and scrapping features. However in order to progress slightly further and be able to focus more on upgrading your games to make the grind slightly more enjoyable. I think you should be able to scrap any trains regardless if its the only one or not. You should also be able to turn your lower quality parts into higher quality parts e.g 10 common parts = 1 rare part

I hope the developers notice this as I believe this would improve the players experience, and deal with some of the current issues. Anyone looking to install the game, do as its a great unique experience.
