Good app, but not excellent yet.

You really need to change the way this app works. First, one should be able to introduce the account where one’s taking the money and then the account where the money needs to be transferred. At the moment it is completely upside down, very strange. I mean, when you want to take some beans from a pot and put them in another pot you don’t go to the pot where you want to put the beans first and go afterwards to the pot where the beans are located, isn’t it. An evident thing, but not so evident for whoever made this app.

I have experienced a lot of frustration and problems trying to make this transfer.It took me many frustrated hours and two devices, a smart phone AND an iPad to make the transaction. It was a impossible for me to make it from one devise as while getting approval form my bank, I needed to open another window and after that, going back to opal transfer was impossible; the window with transaction being in the middle, only the last confirmation needed was not opened any more and the new logging led me to the vicious circle.Also , it did not help that when I phoned Opal Transfer, I did not get any practical help, on the contrary, I was told that I can not make the transfer via iPod.

the app does what it's supposed to do. Yea, would be very nice to autofill card details or Apple pay. Transfergo has better rate, but I'll stick with opal. Customer service is good. Wrong typed the IBAN twice since I use it and they contacted me in a few hours by phone or email. Don't expect fast transfers. It's cheap, safe and customer service is ok. If you want it fast, pay 10+ times more at Western Union.
