swift easy and efficient

i’ve been using this app for just under a month now and it has been a delight from the offset. as soon as my documents were verified I was able to send myself money within seconds it was in my account I was so impressed with the swiftness of it all. The rates are also so good. Definitely my new go to app for sending money internationally

The biggest lie ever

Transfer go should be banned from the apple store immidiatly! I’ve tried to send money to a family friend for funeral arrengentments and they took the money straight away from my account. I thought the service was going to be so fast. Right after they told me they got the money and will proceed soon. Next day the transfer was still pending so i waited 24h before call costumer service. After 20 phone calls triying to get intouch they pick up and ask for extra information like bank statements and payslips to see from where the money was coming from. I send them everything by email the same moment and when i tried to call the costumer services was shut by 15:30 english time. Next day i’ve tried calling all day to find why the transfer was still processing and the phones were shut for the day, no email available and not live chat at all. So 0 costumer service to know where is your founds. Next morning i called at 10 am and got told by a very rude person that i had to wait they were very busy and shut the phone without reviewing my application. I called back and a guy told me that he upload my documents and will be reviewed by the end of their working hours which is 15:30 pm english time. He missed call me when i’ve tried to call him back the phones were shut and i receive another email seconds later that they need more info.
I still didnt get an answer and i dont know where my money is or if i ever gonna get it back! I want my money now! Is over £1.5k!

Dozen’t exist badly then TransferGo transfer portal

This is the worst payment system that I know. It wasn't that bad until the horror started more than three weeks ago. I made a payment and the TransferGo requested documents from me for verification. It would seem that it's okay. I sent them a bank statement and a salary statement. But after that, the nightmare began. They just stole my money. They say they are checking my documents and still do not confirm the payment. They didn't send them, and they didn't return them to me. I write to them every day and hear only that you have to wait and wait. They've been holding my money for almost a whole month! They don't give them back to me! At the same time, TransferGo has no right to do this! They are scammers! Never use a TransferGo! They will simply steal your money and will hang noodles on their ears! I've been trying to get the money back to my bank account for three weeks and it's all for nothing! Where is my money? Why aren't they returning them to me? Who has the answer??? I'm still waiting for my money!
