It took me a while to figure out how the timetables work but once I got the hang of it I found it very useful and quite easy to use. The maps showing the location of buses are very clever and extremely useful. On a trip in Devon I looked for a similar app but couldn’t find anything half as good as this.

Since the recent update the app has got worse it living in Torpoint when you start to use it It indicates cannot find line Never had it before of the upgrade

It’s okay but it has a day and week tickets which is annoying. You can see the mouse hole 9 bus . But it is expensive due to a day ticket being 4 pounds just for a day and this is to get to school and back for me. Could be better but this will just have to do for now.

I gave it 2 stars because the buses are always to early or to late they often stop at the wrong places and yet my wife has called them thousands of times to ask them to tell the bus to come back so yeah I not a huge fan of this app but it’s still something good to have to give you a rough timing of when the bus will come.

I was waiting on Egloshayle road for the number 11 to padstow and I was here 10 minutes before the bus (around 7:45) and the bus didn’t come down egloshayle instead I saw it coming down gonvena hill and over the old bridge completely missing all of the stops on egloshyale and it has caused me a lot of stress as it has caused arguementa between me and people close to me so I am not very happy

This app is a much better alternative to the first bus app however I cannot access my ticket without decent WiFi meaning I have missed my bus due to me not being able to use my mobile ticket. Please fix this

It’s a decent app, to a point.A lot of the bus timetables are missing. First Kernow timetables would be a nice addition as on Sundays I get told there are no busses running in some areas, even though they definitely are.Waited for a couple of busses one day and they just never appeared.Please add a static menu button. It’s annoying having to back, back, back, back, back to get back to the menu icon.

It’s a Good app however the live bus route never works I can never see where my busses are as they just disappear but everything else is good.

I’m entirely unsure what user testing was performed on this new app for Cornwall, but it is a massive step down from the original app. This is much less user friendly, and the map is incredibly painful on the eyes. There is too much going on. Less is more

I find this very ever to use everything about it is good for me. 🌍💚🌍
