Nice app!
Currently I live abroad and have to find a place on my return. I browsed online for a year stay in studio apartment. I found it in Travelio! Travelio offers more than a place. They provide all details about the information, contract, rules which make me feel secure to book and pay. Thank you so much!
AVOID BOOKING FROM THIS APP
I locked out from my room for one night and no one came till the next day late afternoon. They double charged the utility bills and won’t refund the money I have paid. My deposit returned without calculation in details and they just took my money. I booked in Apple 1 Condovilla Dec-March 2023. The room was dirty and the AC was not functioning, had to beg them to service the AC. Bad experience and I checked out early because I just had enough. Staff was NOT PROFESSIONAL, and was hiding and avoiding the building management. Check in done in the basement where they left me alone after gave me the key and only 1 key work, the others didn’t.
