I see Katherine a masseur with an ncredible knowledge of the working f the body, anatomy, and health in general. She is not only a massage therapist but she listens and empathises and is always willing to pass on any health tis that have worked for her or her clients. I can not recommend her more. She is a small woman with a huge heart and has strong hands that can ease even the tights muscles . She has something very rare to find in a massage therapist- healing hands.
I do not hesitate to recommend her to everyone. Go see her and you will not feel disappointed- you will , trust me, go back to see her with all muscles aches , pains , stiffness and just for a dose of her optimistic approach to life!

I have booked an appointment for the same day and paid for via the app, and realised that I had made an error straight away, so I cancelled it within 5 minutes after booking. While cancelling, there was no warning that appointment within 24 hours could not be reimbursed. After discovering this in the cancellation mail, I contacted the salon trying to resolve the issue and was told that they had not got the appointment in their system, did not receive my payment and the money were retained by Treatwell. So I contacted Treatwell customer service by phone, they were closed. I recontacted the salon and proposed to come to the appointment. The salon advised me to rebook the appointment on the app. When I tried to do so, the appointment time slot was available, but I was asked to repay, rebook option was not available. So I contacted Treatwell customer service in writing, and... later the same day I received the answer they cannot reimburse me because my timeslot had already been booked and that is why the salon had not wanted to accept me!!!
In conclusion, there is a significant lack of interaction between the salons et Treatwell and the customer service is not reliable at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND

We're really sorry to hear about this and would really like to investigate this further.
With regards to cancellations; all our partner salons are in charge of setting up their own cancellation policies and calendar, but if they are happy to refund outside of their policy or reschedule, we can of course go ahead and process this from our side.

I love this app

When it works it works good. What better way to book - who can be bothered to have a conversation when you know what you want and can tap a couple of times on your phone to get it booked. I love browsing and deciding what to book next. It's a shame that some salons haven't yet become a part of this amazing community they're really missing out. Convenient bookings at my finger tips and sometimes with a cheeky saving - ok yes, at a time I might not normally go, but with annual leave to use up what better way to spend the time than feeling good about myself
