No more lost sticky notes or searching for bookmarked messages across apps. With Trello on your phone, you can use the app while on-the-go to:
* List out your to-dos while on-the-go: Instantly capture tasks, ideas, and notes right from your phone into a Trello card—add due dates, comments, checklists, descriptions, files, and more. Save messages from popular work apps like Slack or Microsoft Teams, snap a photo, and forward emails to Trello. AI can also help summarize your saved to-dos into a Trello card so that nothing slips through the cracks.
* Centralize your work: Everything captured lands as a card in your Trello Inbox, making it easy to review, prioritize, and organize your work across boards. See your scheduled day in Trello Planner, synced with your Google or Outlook calendars. Standard and Premium users can also enable Planner to schedule focus time in completing saved to-dos.
* Create beautiful, flexible boards: Organize your captured cards into customizable kanban boards and lists, tailored to your workflow. Trello’s tactile and visual mobile interface, featuring drag-and-drop gestures and smooth transitions between boards, offers a natural way to plan your work on a mobile device.
* Seamlessly integrate with Apple: Add tasks from Siri, share content into Trello through the iOS share sheet, and enjoy a polished experience across iPhone, iPad, and web. Capture and complete tasks right from your home screen widget—add new to-dos, see what’s next, and mark tasks done, all without having to open the app so that nothing slips through the cracks.
* Easily see your entire schedule: With Trello’s Planner enabled with your Google or Outlook calendar, you can see what you have scheduled for your day (and set aside focus time on what you’ve captured in Trello cards to get done later).
* Get reminders that work for you: Set up push notifications to get timely alerts for the updates you care about—like due dates, changes, or when you mark tasks as done.
* Work offline: Capture ideas and update boards even without internet—your changes sync automatically when you’re back online.

Trello is amazing. I love it so much that I am well on my way to decommissioning away from Todoist for my day to task management to this which not only helps me manage my tasks, but is fantastic at managing full workloads and for battling projects using Kanban approach.I love how Trello is so configurable... it really is all things to all people in that you can use it nearly however you want and chances are, it will be very good at it.Linking cards... that is just so powerful in that I can link a piece of work to another piece of work... for example, a month 11 report with a month 12 report enabling a glance back. Brilliant.250mb per file size for gold and business members with no upper limit on overall space... I use some large files quite often so this is fantastic. In addition, upload loads and it does not seem to phase the app or online version in making all attachments available without stuttering... and I do attach a lot of files.Renaming attachments following upload is such a time saver. Todoist drive me to insanity sometimes when it would rename an attachment to something meaningless when I go to download it again and being able to drag and drop an email from Airmail for it to save as a pdf straight in to the Trello app!I really could go on.One thing I would like is to be able to get the card email link from the app... can only seem to get this online. Add that... and this thing for me is head and shoulders a five star app lacking no feature whatsoever!

I use this app for organising my business activities as well as my personal projects. I don’t know how I lived without it before. It is great for seeing the big picture & making sure that you don’t loose anything. So much better then working/ communicating via emails.I do have some observations, however:1. I loved the earlier versions which were, just like Twitter as opposed to Facebook, very SIMPLE. With so much complexity in everything, I love simplicity. Now I find things too complex, but the app still does what it’s meant to do. I tried using other apps that have a simpler interface but I don’t like them as much. 2. The biggest problem that I started to have recently is that it suddenly cancelled the notifications via emails which to people who don’t use it as often is vital. I have people who are added to some boards for certain task that are not used to checking it regularly as my own team does. Having emails notifications meant that they were alerted when they were needed on Trello. Now, there is no way to get the notifications to them (they don’t have the app), so I’m back to working via emails as opposed to using Trello to communicate. I wish they’d bring the email notifications back (even if optional) 🙏🙏🙏
Love it

I’ve gone from a paper bullet journal to this and it’s great. I can share it with the family so we’re much more organised than ever before - it’s both a calendar, financial diary and useful information store. For my business it’s even more perfect, again the calendar upgrade is great, but it’s also a brain dump for product ideas, to do list and tracker. I also have a list with alerts for social media with a list of national days tracked against planned posts with each blog etc pre written and pinned to the board alongside hashtags so I can schedule myself and keep the personal touch but in an organised way. It’s all in one place and accessible on the go. I’ve only been using it a week and it’s already this useful, I’m pretty sure it will become even more invaluable!
Brilliant - just the help I needed!

I’ve only been using Trello for a few weeks now but already I can see the tangible effect it has had on organising my week. Previously I was just using a loooong ToDo list in my Notes on my iPhone but Trello breaks that long list down so you can have a list of To Do and a column next to it containing ‘What’ you’re doing and then a third column listing what you’ve completed. The things is you can make as many columns as you like and call them what you like. But even more facilitating is the ability to move things from one column to the next as you move nearer and nearer to completion - just drag and drop from one column to the next - awesome!
Bye bye bugs! We’ve fixed up a few things for better flow so you can keep on being productive (and awesome).
