Balance doesn’t update
This is a fairly good app, though not as good as the one from the bank I moved from. However the key problem is that the balance figure doesn’t update and you have to look at the “available balance” discount the overdraft to get your actual balance. Suggest that’s a priority for the next release please!
Balance always delayed.
At least if balance is not up-to date, let us know what payments are still in limbo, like other banking apps.
Separate each months statements so that I don’t have to scroll through pages and pages looking for a payment relevant to February.
Need to show ALL upcoming payments not just standing orders. I want to check what DD’s are still due and also be able to set up SO’s and DD’s on app.
This app is lacking serious ‘basic’ features and needs to get sorted PRONTO as I am losing patience and will be closing account soon as it is proving to be a huge inconvenience and no one seems to be listening when feedback is provided.
Not Available for business banking
For some inexplicable reason, the app is “not available for business banking”. Unfortunately the customer only gets told this after installing the app and setting up the account on the app by entering serial number on digipass, logging in and transferring a series of codes between app and digipass, to eventually be told ‘not for business customers’
A) Why is this?? B) Why not make it clear on the App Store listing? C) Why not make an app available for business users. I expect a bit better from Triodos.
