Unclear whether my report has gone anywhere
This looks like a really useful and positive app, but used it to report a trolley left outside my house about a week ago and still there has been no response or indication even that it has been noted (and the trolley has not been collected - it is easily visible and collectable from the road). I have no idea whether eventually it will be responded to or not, let alone how long it will take so I'm not really encouraged to use it.
Simple but effective.
App does what it sets out to do, good for the environment and community.
