I have been with True for a very longtime and always impressed by their service
Some Internet, please!
I paid for 12 months of internet with TrueMove, but I’m lucky if I can get a little bit of internet for 2 consecutive days. It says I have 4G with a full signal, but I can’t even get the App Store to load. Other apps don’t get much luck either.
It took 5 minutes to download this app, on 4G! Its only 25 megs. That’s on a good day.
Now I’m leaving a review of this app and True internet, because the two are directly connected. Stop making new Company names with “True” on the front, and start providing internet to your customers that live outside Krung Thep.
Good App - Well Done.
No login required, automatically recognised my Thai SIMM phone number. English version easily selected and showed me my internet GB balance with a click - just what I wanted - no fuss.
Haven’t tried topping up yet. Better app then most. Other reviews are very old.
