Simple but not fully working

This app doesn’t seem update the battery percentage. I’m using rechargeable energizer batteries and it’s still showing 55% on a full charge? How do I get this to update and show me the correct battery percent?

A few flaws that need fixing

The app overall is quite good, however they have not catered for when things go wrong which means they have not defensively coded the app. I have a lock registered to the app, the lock completely failed, no comms whatsoever but the app cannot delete this lock unless it can communicate with it! So until they fix this the failed lock sits in the app but still showing the battery at 100% which means the battery state is not ‘live’ just the last known value when it last communicated with the lock. It should show ‘ no comms’ or something similar so that you know when there is an issue! Lets see how quickly they respond to my request for a fix! It shouldn’t be too difficult! It’s a Chinese company so let’s hope they understand the issues!

We have now had this app for about 16 months. It works well and have never had additional charges until the other morning when we were expecting a trade person. Never been a problem before we just leave it on passage way. Suddenly we had a message saying we need to purchase advance settings. We were in a rush and left with no choice. This cost us £85. Prior notice would have let us consider alternatives. What will they suddenly charge for next without notice. We have emailed them but with no response. A good app but not trustworthy!!

Brilliant lock and software

We’ve had 2 of these locks on our front and back doors for the last 2 years and I can’t recommend them smog highly. They have been reliable and mean that all members of our family can come and go as they please. We have codes for our housekeeper, for our parents and even for a neighbour.The software is excellent too. If this communicated via Zigbee, instead of Bluetooth, it would be massively adopted by home automation enthusiasts, like Home Assistant and Apple HomeKit,Sadly, does not work on Zigbee - so requires its own gateway, which we have not purchased.
