Keep having issues with the remote even connecting to my TV
The remote works well for the most part, when it actually decides to connect to my TV. I’m sick of having to then it off & reset things for it to connect. Feel like I’m paying for something that only works half of the time. Not overly impressed, but my remote doesn’t work & any I’ve bought since are just cheap crap. Just wish this would connect to my tv when I actually needed it to

I sleep with my sister and she always falls asleep on the remote, turns out I’m REALLY scared of sleeping without the tv on and it was about to turn off in a few minutes. Tried downloading other apps to try and control my tv but I had to “wait for permission” which I was never gonna get cause I couldn’t get my remote 🤣 but this one allowed me to connect automatically after 20 seconds and I was able to prevent the TV from turning off🥹🥹 I’m so grateful for this app, thank you❤️
Avoid at all cost
Can’t give 0 stars unfortunately other wise i would, downloaded the app yesterday 24th March 2024 from app store and accepted a 3 day trial period to which i cancelled a few minutes after to avoid being charged, funny that today 25th of March 2024 was checking emails and bank account and found that i had been charged £39,99 for a hole year to use a tv remote app?? Really?? If i really had to pay definitely would not be for a hole year max a few days or so just to have time to buy a brand new remote for the tv which would still be cheaper that this subscription. Anyway a dispute has been raised with my bank to claim back my money
