Have to leave a review after having to use twinpay for a car park near a train station. The app itself isn’t user friendly I had to google the number of car park as we had to rush for train. Then I made my account and paid. Normally as you come to the end of the time it prompts you to add more time and only when we got to the car did we realise we had gone over. I emailed the support team not really expecting a reply. But within an hour I had reply and what I had to do to rectify. This was confirmed and put my mind at rest. Thank you to the support staff for the prompt reply and assistance. If the app was more user friendly I think this would be much higher quality than the others

I used the app to make a payment but it didn’t go through (I think the signal dropped on the train). I contacted the Twin Pay team when I noticed no payment had been taken 1 day later and they resolved the issue, assuming speedily and assured me I wouldn’t be fined. I am extremely grateful for the swift and professional response. As well as their understanding.I only knew I hadn’t paid because I went looking, so it might be helpful for some kind of notification to confirm the parking payment has been successful? With other parking apps I get a text. Thanks

Huge thank you to twin pay, I forgot to pay my parking for the day previously, I emailed twin pay and they replied almost instantly! They went through what I needed to do and amended it straight away! They replied promptly and rest assured me that they had solved my mistake, very grateful and makes me a feel at ease parking here knowing they are easily contactable should you need them! When travelling I forgot to extend my parking session but the customer support team were happy to help and updated my account to avoid me receiving a fine. They were very quick to respond and incredibly helpful. In addition, I find the app very easy to use and exporting receipts for expenses is also very straight forward
