We love watching live streams of League of Legends, Roblox and everything in between. And there’s more to Twitch than games. The Travel and Outdoors category (you’ll find it in the Browse tab) has live animal cams. There’s even an entire channel dedicated to painter and teacher (and master of happy little trees) Bob Ross.
Resubscribe subscription not working??
There is a problem when I go to resubscribe to a streamer. Last month I subscribed to the streamer for £4.49 a month via Apple Pay on my phone which meant it will automatically renew every month but two days ago I accidentally cancel the subscription which meant it would run out today and would have not automatically renewed it's self. Today that streamers subscription run out so I go to resubscribe and it keeps coming back with an error saying error unable to resubscribe ???.
i've noticed some reviews on here have also said the same thing so twitch can you please sort this out thank you. I still give you five stars because overall I love your app and it's great it's just this particular thing is frustrating me so can you please fix it.
Twitch review
Twitch overall is an amazing app to have to watch a lot of my favourite streamers nowadays. But when I use my mobile to watch streams it doesn’t work very well at all. Whenever I click on a steam I have a 30 to 40 second add that makes it really hard to work the app. But it it not just one time when you go onto twitch it’s every time I click on a different streamer. Luckily I have a laptop so I can watch main streams on there without fail, but sometimes when I refresh I have to wait a few seconds before the stream comes back on. But back onto mobile, I don’t know if it is just me but on my mobile on twitch I get recommend steams who only have a number of views and they didn’t even perk my interest which made it hard to find a different streamer if my favourite streamers are not streaming. But on the other hand on my laptop it’s great they give me videos with quite a lot of views and most of the time have my interest. I also have a problem subscribing to people on my mobile as it takes a couple of minutes to get it to load. I do this problem can be fixed for me, it might have already been fixed but my mobile takes days to update I have not a clue why though. Thank you for reading all of this if you do. But I would say without all those problems twitch is amazing for me.
