Description
Tyfu is a new tool designed specifically for the Curriculum for Wales. It is the only platform to contain the Progression Spectrum, which has been written by curriculum experts and practitioners, and provides a framework to embed the Principles of Progression into formative assessment.
Tyfu also allows you to import or enter learning intentions and link them to the descriptions of learning in the Progression Steps.
You can then celebrate learner success by uploading (or allowing them or their parents/carers to upload) their successes in meeting these learning intentions, and indicate when they (and you) feel they have been met. Success can also be celebrated by linking work to the Progression Spectrum, which also generates next steps for further curriculum development!
Tyfu creates a digital portfolio for each child which, along with their celebrations of success, can follow them throughout their school career.
