Tyme is the perfect companion and a simple but smart and powerful tool to track working times for your customers – As a lone fighter or as a team. You always get an instant and quick overview of your projects, deadlines and workload. The interface with visual focus is clear and feels good. We are constantly improving Tyme and adding new features bit by bit.
1. Always in sync on all your devices
Tyme comes as a package for Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. The subscription automatically unlocks Tyme on all your devices.
2. Everything at a Glance
The interface is designed to provide an overview of your recorded times, projects, budgets and deadlines at any time. Unbooked times are automatically displayed. Running timers are always visible and can be started or stopped via shortcuts without opening Tyme. So you can work without being disturbed by time tracking.
3. Data Visualized
With the detailed statistics you have an overview of your personal workload or that of your team. Booked hours, current revenues, over- and under-times, your working hours or already planned times are displayed and breaks are recorded automatically.
4. Home Screen Widgets
Use the widgets to keep track of your working hours for the current day, week or the whole month. They also show running timers or when it's time to call it a day.
5. Task Types
Are you traveling for work? Do you have expenses in your projects? Or are you on holidays? Then enter travel costs, expenses or holidays in addition to times.
6. Sync & Calendar Integration
Tyme automatically synchronizes all data with all your devices and with your team. Using the calendar integration, you can also view your recorded times as calendar entries and make changes from there.
7. Tyme Reminds You
Did you forget to start the timer? Is there a deadline coming up? Is your daily working time reached? Have you been focusing too long and need a break? Have you forgotten to book times? Use Tyme's reminder features.
8. Export & Import
You can export your recorded times as PDF, CSV or JSON. Customize the export view according to your wishes. Tyme offers you a CSV importer if you want to import data from other applications.
Not in the mood to start a timer manually? Have your times recorded automatically by specifying where your workplace is.
10. Siri Shortcuts
Using the Siri Shortcuts you can start and stop timers, add notes to running timers or ask how much you have worked today.
11. Apple Watch App
With the Watch App you can stop and start timers and view your hours worked so far.
Tyme is available as a subscription. You can choose between a monthly or annual subscription. Before you decide, you can test Tyme for 14 days. The subscription activates Tyme for your Mac, iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
A new day, a new bug. This update fixes an issue for older Apple Watches, that lead to a crash when opening the app.
It also brings back the new statistics for the watch app that where hidden because of mysterious circumstances.

Subscription payment for personal use is just ridiculous!
As a satisfied customer of Tyme 2, I’m extremely disappointed to see this subscription model payment for such a simple app even for personal use!!(for team or organization use it’d be understandable)
And now you have had even to spend money advertise it on AppStore. Still a 2 star review on average!
Standout time tracking app
This application is beautifully designed and has been well maintained over the years that I have used it. It works well on all devices, is flexible, and in this new version, has a broader scope. Most of all, it is imaginatively and colourfully designed, and represents your time data in ways that would be helpful, unlike any other. I think the subscription price reflects the work that is put into it, and not too expensive if you are a professional paid by the hour.
Developer Response ,
Thank you 😀
Dissapointed with new Release and forced deprecation of old app
Having been a very long time user of this app, I have been looking forward to adopt and use the next version of Tyme for my daily tracking and work. (Personal use, not team)
Unfortunately from the start of using the new app, subscription licensing is prompted (As it’s in read only mode) and made very visible which is fair enough but still not ideal. Didn’t think that they would have pushed this to personal users considering I’ve already paid £30+ just to use it across devices. Even buying a new licence at a reasonable price and not upgrading would have been very much appreciated.
Compared to Tyme 2, there has been a slight UI update which was nice to see but didn’t really improve the app overall, still had issues when testing the app for recognising time tracking changes across devices as well as it having issues when trying to navigate the UI on iOS devices (Notably, the screen jumping about when navigating up and down due to the title of the windows being pulled into the top title bar).
Overall, it’s a GOOD APP, but the support and let down of Tyme 2 has made me lose faith in this app and it’s team. As there are no public future plans for the app and from the experience of them removing already included features* in Tyme 2, I don’t feel comfortable investing in an app that the developers feel happy inhibiting for their next product.
*They removed already existing features from Tyme 2 so that they’re only available in Tyme 3... (Notably the Shortcuts integration to automate timers, can still old use Shortcuts but cannot integrate it into new ones, as of writing this it’s still advertised as a feature on the App Store listing but not on the website).
