Signing in to the app

This is the worse app I’ve ever used. I cannot get past the signing in. It says that it needs a signature verification. I clicked on it tried with my driving license but nothing. Sends me back the the beginning. It says that I have an account but cannot get any further. I need this sorted as I go to Dubi next Sunday. Does anyone know how to proceed. The phone number that’s given doesn’t work. Help

Complicated and doesn’t work

Opened a basic account but then it wants additional verification. Tried the Face ID verification but that doesn’t work - without any explanation of why despite every other app having no issues with Face ID. Only option left is to go to a kiosk which defeats the point of downloading an app

Now it tells me that it needs to apply new terms and conditions before Jan 28 but when I accept those it tells me that it failed to apply the new terms and conditions as well. Everything about this app seems complicated and difficult to use.

I haven’t even tried linking by Dubai ID yet because I have zero hopes that will work - moreover I can’t afford anything messing up my Dubai ID as I use that to pay bills. So far - nothing in this app seems to work as intended.

Version 5.0

This version is completely non-functional after updating on a brand new 14 pro after having no issues previously, it needs to be updated ASAP if you expect it to be used for so many governmental and bank transactions....!
