The Ubigi package came with my Range Rover package. I did encounter a problem when I changed my car (one RR to another RR) as I had to delete my account and establish a new one. Ubigi we’re very helpful and made the process quite easy. Only criticism I have is that the “new” Ubigi package needs extending however apparently I can’t do this until the current package runs out? Pity as the supplying dealership have agreed to pay for this but I’m going to have to wait 24 months to do it!

Great service and only £58 a year for 3Gb of data a month
After our RR turned three years old we lost all the services included for free for the first three years.
We renewed both RR services but did t notice we didn’t have WiFi until a month later.
After a message to Ubigi We found out the package had expired. Turned out JLR main dealers register the sims to their sales manager - so sim not in our name.
No worries we dealt with Ramzi at Ubigi who sorted it all out.
He removed the dealers details after we provided him with the sim number.
Then we setup our own account and went for the £58 per year for 3GB’s of data a month.
Don’t know why people moan about costs because we couldn’t find a vehicle data sim for the same amount of money and data - and didn’t want to pay monthly.
So really happy with the £58 annual package.
With also doesn’t auto renew so no getting caught out.

Awful not working at all
After finally figuring out how to connect to this Wi-fi provider and buy an overpriced package after approximately 6 hours, for our kids to use during a road trip in our 2019 Landrover Discovery it does not work!! £50 later!! It has started to crash our entire system in our car. The sat nav crashes, radio, everything! We have to then stop and shut the car down to reboot the system. This has happened many times and is not an isolated incident. Beware!! You be are supposed to be able to connect up to 6 devices, however if more then one person uses the system it blows up! We will not be using this system in future. Landrover sort this abominable mess out!!
