UK Sites 4+

I much prefer to use the app rather than call up however .... when the app works it is good and quick both for bookings and cancellations but I reckon on 50% of occasions it just does not work properly.
Previously had to remove/reinstall the app on at least 5 occasions during 2020. I am just trying now to make 2021 bookings and it consistently states ‘login expired’ as you press proceed to make the booking. Has been the same error for 24 hours, even after removing/downloading via the AppStore again.
Would also be good to put dates in that you are looking for and just get the sites with vacancies rather than all sites - some showing no vacancies. It would also be superb if a link could be made for CL sites rather than just providing telephone numbers to call. To be able to book CL’s via the app would be a tremendous benefit.
It is such a shame that more time has not been invested in developing this digital aspect of the CAMC experience.

Just updated the app, lost all my favourites and gained 9 new ones 8 of which I have never heard of and the other a club site I would never stay on. Still needs a lot of improvement such as link to directions and map takes you to a page with just the directions at the top of the page and another link to map which isn't a very good map. Why can't the map be on the same page as the instructions as in the club handbook?

A few years further on & still no major updates to this app. Very disappointing for paying members. Limited search features & the search only recognises limited places. No reviews for CL sites & half of them don’t have photos. What year is this? 1920? May as well remove the app, using the website is much easier. Shame really as it could be so much better.

Far too basic with limited functionality. Acceptable when first published, but not acceptable when it’s still so basic after so many years. Could be so much better. Caravan Club subscribers should have a login where they can access more and book/contact club & CL sites using the app.
