Built to help simplify your work needs, the Workforce Central mobile app (formerly known as Kronos Mobile) provides employees and managers quick, secure access to Workforce Central.
Employees can punch in/out for work, check their schedules, time off, benefits, and pay. Managers can take care of exceptions as they come up, ensure staffing and schedules are good to go, take action on time off requests, and other and other key needs.
The Workforce Central mobile app also works offline, so don’t worry if you’re not able to connect to data. Your punches will be stored and the next time you’re connected, the punches will be sent off to Workforce Central.

7 years on from Apple releasing full screen iPhones and the lazy developers of this app still haven’t fixed the punch button to work well with it. It’s still dangling off the edge of the rounded corner and extremely hard to press due to the poor location and it interacting with Apple’s gesture controls.Literally would take 5 minutes yo fix by just moving it up or left by 1cm. Better yet put it in the middle of the half empty screen!!!!

Terrible unresponsive buttons, massive slowing down of my phone while using. Please add a signed in/ out feature so I can know which of the “accepted punches” actually works, as I have had entire days where it looks like I have skipped work and had to address it with management. This is my work, how I feed myself, why is it so hard to understand this needs to work smoothly for me to get paid properly?

No support for biometric authentication built into mobile devices. This should be standard in 2025. One of the functions is to punch in. That means typing a password twice every shift. So either it’s an awful password to making entering it easy or it’s strong and a pain. App will time out during an 8hr shift meaning typing it twice a shift.No way to tell if you clocked in and forgot or simply forgot to clock in.Insists on determining your location even if all you want to do is view your scheduled shifts at home or view your remaining holiday entitlement.Far too many poor coding decisions made - I loathe being forced to use it.
A nightmare of an app mandatory for work

So I haven’t been able to log in now for a week straight. Reset my password twice still can’t log in when I want to book holiday or check if current requests have been approved or not. Given 99% of the reviews here are 1 star what does that tell you.
