I have been using the app for a while now and really enjoy the concept. The only downside is there are several mentions of features coming soon but no info anywhere on this. It would be great to get a dev plan somewhere as the ability to trade spare cards with friends would take this game to the next level. Also the long awaited mini leagues with friends mentioned in the most recent update don’t appear to actually be in the app which again is disappointing… even a rough timeline on some of the planned dev would be appreciated.

Really enjoyed the concept of Ultimate Fan last season. By paying a small monthly subscription, you were entitled to a weekly pack of rare (and usually high performing) players. Whilst you did have to pay a subscription fee, the game was far from pay to win. After all, the concept was still weighted strongly by luck and skill, as you’d have to choose your players in your final team wisely. Now, the subscription fee has been dropped, and player packs are accessed by gold. One way of getting gold is by selling the players you already have on the app’s marketplace- which rarely works as users only want gold players. Another way of getting gold is paying for it using real money, with an almost unlimited capacity on the number you can buy. Rather than paying a subscription fee and hoping your weekly pack was full of good players (as was the case last season), now anyone can spend egregious amounts of money, purchasing pack after pack, ensuring they have the best possible squad in the game, eliminating the chances of 99% of all other app users. The unweighted competition has meant users only want the very best players, rendering 90% of the app marketplace worthless. The marketplace is broken, the concept is broken. There’s no fun in the game when a person with a fully gold team wins the game week and we’re only 2 weeks into the season. What’s the point in carrying on? The app is a disgrace.

Thanks for taking the time to give feedback. Because a user has gold cards doesn't mean you necessarily win the contest? Game week 1 - the top 3 places had 4 golds between them. In week 1 the top performing cards were Erling Haaland (Gold), Aleksandar Mitrovic (Silver) and Pascal GroB (Base card), all scored 18 points. The gold cards are expected to be better but if the player doesn't perform on the pitch you won't pick up points. I hope you play the game and continue to carry on.

I played ultimate fan for one week, everything worked fine and I was excited about a new fantasy style game where you can win money. I won my mini league the first week and got my card. Due to me liking the format I decided to buy a Gold UltimateFan subscription. However, that’s when the problems started. I didn’t receive my gold pack drop on Tuesday & reported the issue. I’ve heard nothing back from customer support or anyone at all about the issue and now it appears I can’t log into my account. The Face ID login doesn’t appear anymore and have to enter it manually. However my correct password isn’t working and any time you try to reset the password it says an email has been sent but it never arrives. It feels as if my account has been locked for similar reporting an issue. I had high hopes for this game only to be snatched away. Definitely avoid!! At least avoid paying for it or reporting anything as that’s when my issues arisen.
