Good Tech Support

I’m pretty impressed with this app. I upgraded to premium whilst in China but was having difficulty getting a connection. The tech support were straight on it and gave me a number if suggestions which proved successful, it goes straight in every time now.
Just wondering why the ‘Optimal Server’ option has disappeared in the newer version?

Can’t cancel subscription

I downloaded hexa tech and went on the free trial but for some reason it charges me every month and my problem is it won’t let me cancel even the instructions aren’t working for me and my next payment is for January and I would appreciate it if you cancelled my subscription because I have tried everything and my parents are mad because it’s out of their bank account so please can you cancel my subscription I would really appreciate it and I hope you see this message and solve my problem . U tried everything but nothing has worked u followed all of the instructions but non of them worked so please do that for me and thanks you very much if you do

1. Launch the Settings app.
2.Tap iTunes & App Store.
3.Tap on your Apple ID.
4. Tap View Apple ID when the pop-up window appears.
5. Enter your Apple ID password or fingerprint ID when prompted.
6.Tap Subscriptions.
7. Tap the Subscription you want to cancel.
8. Tap your Hexatech subscription.
9. Switch Off Auto-Renewal and then click Confirm.
For help canceling auto -pay, please contact us through our app tap 3-Bar icon and please select the second option"Contact us", then click on "Something Else" to guide you through the steps.

Could be better

Works ok but when I got the premium version it would keep reverting back to the non premium version and I had to ‘restore purchases’ every single time. Very annoying.

Also when I cancelled my free subscription it automatically put me onto a month by month deal without me knowing, I found out when Apple billed me £12 for a month. I really wish app developers would stop trying to pull this rip-off strategy.

Overall, you would be much better off going with ExpressVPN or one of the other better known ones even if they do tend to be a bit more expensive.
