Underground Blossom 12+

Another fantastic game in the Rusty Lake series!

As a long-time fan of the series, I was thrilled to hop back in. Having played all the previous titles on Steam, I was eager to see how it translated to MacOS, and I wasn't disappointed.

🧩 Gameplay:
While the puzzles in this installment weren't as complex as those in previous games, they were still engaging and enjoyable. The difficulty level was just right, offering a satisfying challenge without being too frustrating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐

⏱️ Time to Complete:
The game's medium difficulty level paired with its medium completion time made it the perfect game to dive into during my downtime. It wasn't too short to feel unsatisfying, but also didn't drag on. Total time to complete (including lab) 4hrs 19m ⭐⭐⭐⭐

📖 Story:
The story in this game was excellent, as always. I loved the callbacks to previous games in the series, which added an extra layer of enjoyment for long-time fans like myself. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

💰 Value for Money:
At just £0.99, I'm extremely happy with the amount of content I received. The game ran flawlessly on my MacBook M1, and the experience was smooth from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall, I highly recommend this game to anyone who has enjoyed the previous titles in the series. It's a fantastic addition to the franchise, offering a satisfying blend of familiar gameplay and new challenges.

Yet to play, but…

I NEVER write reviews but I have played every single game by Rusty Lake and they have all been phenomenal and therefore thought it was only fair, I give my review. Each game had amazing graphics, captivating story lines (and each of the games storylines seem to link to each other) and every now and then I will check the App Store to see if another game has been released and today I have done exactly that and found this game! I am super excited and cannot wait to play! I also want to thank the creators for their amazing work on the games, they really let me have my own time to myself, gets my brain working and my imagination running wild. If anyone hasn’t played any Rusty Lake games yet… PLAY THEM ALL!

Nothing else like it!

I’ve played every one of the Rusty Lake games and not one has disappointed me in any way. They are beautifully illustrated and the stories are so intriguing! There is also a wonderfully creepy tone throughout that makes the hairs stand up on the back of your neck and occasionally gives you jump scares that keep you on edge the whole time! Weird, spooky, gory and occasionally disgusting… I love it!

The puzzles are tricky enough to keep you thinking but not so difficult that you give up.

I just wish every game was longer so I could keep playing!
