I don’t see the problem.🙄 I read all the reviews and I have to disagree. There is plenty of food choices yes in smaller amount (are we wanna lose weight or gain?!) but if you put your week together you can make the shopping based on that . I choose 2 meal a day with 2 snack time and that 2 meal actually plenty enough sometimes to much for me. There is nothing wrong with it. Good meal choices I love the exercises in the videos they look easy but try it out they are not. I already lost 4lbs in 4days. 💪🏻 I will keep going. And so just fyi this is still the best price out here. Weekly $16 it’s still cheaper then going to a personal trainer.

They advertise with the notion off “you can always ask for a refund within a month with no questions asked” Which is a lie. I asked for a refund within 5 days because it didn’t work for me because many products you can’t find in this app. (If you get groceries only at Tesco’s sure but if you also eat in restaurants or oriental supermarkets, you won’t be able to find it. There are better free apps out there.) I asked for a refund and they simply said they couldn’t, also the 3 month plan I bought is nowhere to be found in the Apple Payment History…even though it’s set up ti be easily paid through Apple Pay. So this makes it harder to escalate it to Apple, very cheeky. I’d say don’t be deceived. I wrote them a friendly request to get a refund and the answer was basically: once you have paid and the payment is registered on our servers we can’t refund you.

How on earth can you have tried the app and pay without the payment being validated on the servers first?! That always happens first thing. It’s when you buy new shoes and want to return them - oh you already paid, sorry you can’t return them because we already received your payment (yeah, that’s the whole point of purchasing and refunding if it doesn’t fit) …

There are better apps out there to lose weight without the dodgy terms. Some of them are much cheaper too!

I found the app on my search and I decided to try the 3 months subscription. Unfortunately by the process of subscribing they start jumping add ons to the screen with a very poor explanation and inducing the customer to click and proceed. I send an email to the customer service requesting the refund of the add-ons. Rose was really helpful to explain better the “add-ons” than the actual offer what I accidentally signed for. Later on I received and email from Elisabeth from the billing support team, saying that my request was denied and they decided to offer me 3 months for free after the first 3 months. I’m really disappointed because I said that I’m really happy to continue with the 3 months but I would like to try the basics of the app first and than decide to upgrade my membership or not, but looks like the company want to induce the customer to a mistake the that kind of terrible user interface.
