Description

Unity Connect is a business messaging app that enables users to have business chat conversations and make calls
using the native dialler with their business identity. Users can also search corporate directories, manage basic call
settings, view call history, and one-tap dial into My Room. Operator and system neutral, Unity Connect is completely
integrated with the BroadWorks® service delivery platform, turning the business user’s personal mobile into
an extension of their business communication identity.

Terrible!

This app is so bad! It will just stop working and stop sending call notification/ringing though so you miss calls. When it does ring the call Quality is poor and calls drop out. Have to delete and reinstall the app several times a week to get it working again.shoddy, should not be available for use!

Not functioning

Having upgraded from the previous app, as of 26.7.19 this app would not allow log in with the same log in details as given by Redcentric. My colleagues have have had the same experience. I would not recommend using this app until Redcentric have resolved the problem.
