Language
For anyone using the app and it shows in Japanese. You need to go into your iPhone language settings and add English US as a preferred language
Sadly disappointed
We were so excited for our trip to USJ, especially Super Mario world! Though it looked amazing, the space was far too overcrowded- I felt like the timed entry was not adhered to, having paid a lot of money for express passes, I felt short changed! The staff were friendly enough, but the waiting times were too long and not enough seating so struggled with the queuing and standing everywhere! The best part was Harry Potter land and the rides there!
Difficult to navigate if you don’t speak Japanese
Most of the app including key sections on how to register tickets/book timed area entry tickets only seem to be available in Japanese. This makes the app very unfriendly to users if you’re not a local. Also misleading to use screenshots in the App Store information which show parts of the app in English when in fact those parts are only available in Japanese.
