Unlock! is a board game based on the escape rooms model.
Search the rooms, find hidden objects, combine them, solve riddles, avoid traps ... and exit before the end of the countdown!
The Unlock! application is a free “companion app”: you must use the Unlock! board game to enjoy it. This application will allow you to get valuable clues and enter secret codes you deciphered.
It will also contribute to the atmosphere around the table with its music tailored to each adventure, awful penalties ... and fatal countdown!
At the end of the game, it will give you your score calculated on the time you spent to complete the adventure, the number of penalties you collected, the number of clues you requested, etc.

A bit half-arsed
This app defines “bare minimum”. It works - just about. Or sometimes not even that - on one game a key piece of audio revealing a time was only played 20 minutes AFTER the 60 minute time was up, perhaps because I had paused the game and left the app for a while in the middle. Bugs like that shouldn’t exist.
Also, if real life intervenes and you use your phone during the game to the point where the app gets flushed from memory, it deletes your game and makes you start again! Pathetic.
The games are mostly half-baked too - good to a point, but often flawed and quite evidently totally inadequately playtested, since they could be fixed up easily enough with a little bit of effort by someone who wasn’t too close to each project.
Can’t access the game I need
Hello, I have the mystery adventures game and I don’ t know if it’s me doing something wrong but I can’t access the mystery adventures pack in the app. The escape adventures are unblocked but the ones that I need are unfortunately blocked and I don’t know what to do? Can you please reply as I really like the game and want to play it. Also the app itself looks great and is easy to use.
Major bug for’Murder in Birmingham’
Such a shame - the game app broke right at the climax. Got through the entire story of the physical game (which was actually really good and well put together!!) and then a bug on the app right at the end means we can’t see the finale of the who dunnit.
For the devs specifically: Options for speaking to any of the characters don't work. Just pops up with ‘choose only one option’ but no options. Tried this on both an iPad and iPhone iOS 16.3.1 and latest version of app at time of writing. Please fix soon!! The rest of the game was so good! Such a mood killer to end on though 😭
