New version is better
Newest version right now (2.19.1) is great, you can tap the barcode to enlarge it, set favourite stops and services.
Few suggestions though:
Please add a widget to add to the widget section of notification centre to show your favourite bus stops and their departures for a specific bus so that you don’t have to open the app every time.
Bus tracking needs to improve, sometimes the bus icon disappears, and the app indicates that the bus has gone. Overall please make the tracking and arrival times more accurate.
Also, there are so many tickets in one place, makes it hard to find the one ticket that everyone uses the most. Please add a feature to choose favourite tickets since most people only use one or two tickets the most.

Using the busses quite a lot now and loving the double decker bus with chargers for phones. I don’t like the bus that has a very noisy loud rattle emergency door. The driver/conductors are hero’s really driving in the heat and all other weathers and putting up with all the traffic they are reasonably friendly. Timings and frequency of busses like they say on timetables is working better than I thought they would just a couple of times when they haven’t turned up, 2 hourly bus services at the weekend isn’t really enough and early bus time finishes means going out in the evening isn’t really possible. Overall using the busses is ok but restrictive.
Awful buses and very racist especially night drivers
Buses delayed sometimes don’t show up and you’ve got ticket for one week. Especially the night buses from Northdown road Hatfield to new greens. Bus is 9:03pm. Most times it doesn’t even show up but it will be showing on the map. There’s a particular driver who was so racist and mean to me who drives only the night time between Hatfield Northdown to new greens. He wear glasses and cap and black gloves. He was rude and mean. Almost shut the door at me one night ar the hospital stop.
It’s so annoying that arriva buses don’t drive in the interior part of Hatfield it would have been the best option and it is fast.
I can provide you more information if you like. But it’s a zero rating for me
