Would be 5 because I love the game, just can’t see a lot of the missions or my sales on the phone version, need to log in online for that and I’m currently having issues doing that so it’s hard for me

I love this game ever since I was a kid and returned to playing last year I invested over £100 in packs out of love for the game in doing so I accumulated a lot of credits selling a few cards, I went back to play a few months back and all my money in game has been reduced to a minus amount and I was actually shocked I’m not sure if it’s a glitch of if I have been robbed but I am reall disappointed after spending real life money to then have to coins and In minus it makes no sence to me, I really would like this to be resolved because I’ve spend real money but yet I’ve had all my in game currency taken away from me ?

My account got hacked, you only banned it when I accused u of stealing my cards. This is what I mean by the game being run by kids. They actually haven’t understood that my account got hacked by an outside source.
I did nothing wrong as I didn’t hack my own account. But because the kids don’t understand plain English the conversation just goes round in circles, looks like this will never get resolved. I have sent private emails to get this sorted privately, but not once do I get a reply. I wright a review in here and they reply straight away, you’d think they wouldn’t want this negative publicity.
If you’ve just discovered the game, I’d delete it just incase u get hacked like me, and support just won’t help, but accuse u. Just no point trying.
Just being honest.
I know that support team will reply saying it’s my fault, as that’s all they can do instead of helping to resolve the issue should be enough evidence just to leave game alone.
It just is what it is.
